"Exactly what we wanted from an airport hotel. Close to a bus station, great restaurant in the hotel, comfy bed for a few hours sleep. All staff we interacted with were lovely. Reviews on google rated the restaurant hotel low but we (four of us) all really enjoyed it!"

"As usual, we stayed over one night to catch our next flight to Grand Cayman in the morning. Our room was a generous sized king. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were all of excellent quality and perform perfectly. I did report that the mattress was at its end of life and the concierge thanked me for informing him."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and the washroom was clean and updated. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport. I booked this hotel because it said it has a shuttle to the airport. I missed something when booking though. The shuttle is 7 Pounds (which is about $14 CAD). In Canada my experience has been that airport shuttles are included in the hotel cost and not an extra cost. My daughter and I ended up taking the public transit bus which stopped out front of the hotel for a much cheaper price. Also with the subway going to the airport a shuttle wasn’t such an important consideration. It is quite easy to get to Heathrow from many places in London on the subway. Summary - the hotel was clean, quiet (very little airport noise with dual windows), had A/C, and was close to the airport, but the shuttle is an extra fee."
