"Location is great, in free tram zone and good for solo traveller. A lot of reviews mentioned about lift problem which almost caused me cancel my booking but I don't feel any hassle regarding with lifts at all. You can totally skip the hotel breakfast since it's very basic and Melbourne offers so many great cafe which most of them opens at 7pm. I don't mind staying here again for my next visit."

"No drop off or pick up area, we had to jump out of our rideshare in traffic. Get to drop around the back. Good value for price, great coffee shop on back street. Can walk most places within 10 mins. They clearly prioritise booking direct customers, so be aware and prepared."
