One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness."

Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. "We had a fantastic stay at Nuru Ziya Suites this week. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, funny, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s excellent communication through WhatsApp and their proactive offer of a return airport shuttle....
