Tout était parfait à l'hôtel. La chambre était toujours propre, le personnel très agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Il suffisait de demander quelque chose immédiatement. Je suis donc très satisfait de l'ensemble de l'établissement : le service, la propreté, le service en chambre, tout était impeccable.La piscine était impeccable, tout autour, le bar, la salle de sport, tout était très agréable et propre.

Déjà commencé par revoir votre cartologie et mettre la bonne description et tout les infos du lieu et du quartier dans notre site car je voulais un hôtel sur bastos et je me retrouve hors de la ville et franchement c'est dégueulasse avec la poussière absorbe dans le taxi pour y arrive je j'ai pas séjourner dans votre hôtel voilà

Désillusion

Séjour décevant par rapport à l'accueil dès la reception. Receptionistes inexperimentées et ne comprenant rien à la réservation en ligne. Au moment de partir, j'ai dû attendre une heure pour payer en F CFA ma facture. En plus Prodiges Hôtel est un foyer de moustiques. Mon épouse et moi avons été copieusement bouffés par les moustiques.Dans la chambre, les oreillers sont de piètres qualités, le matelas en ressort comme à l'époque.La douche n'a ni porte, ni rideau; pas d'espace pour se laver, la fenêtre ouvre sur un couloir exposant ainsi votre intimité. La TV n'a pas de télécommande. La piscine est impraticable parce qu'elle n'est ni nettoyée, ni désinfectée. Pendant notre séjour, Nous n'avions qu'une envie, en repartir le plus tôt possible.
