"Hotel is in a good location, close to palaces and shine as well as the Dongdaemun complex. There is an underground station just in from of the hotel, not mentioning there are lifts to take you up all the way to the street level, though you need to use 2 separate lifts but no problem. Each platform has map of the underground floors as this is intersection of 3 lines and just 4 stops away from Seoul Station. This hotel branch is a smaller to one I have stayed before but the services is just as great. The room was clean, fresh towels and bottle of water provided everyday. The room size was sufficient for me. The breakfast is typical Korean and varies and very nice. Staff were helpful and courteous. If I'm in the area in the future, I'll be definitely booking room at Toyoko Inn. "

"Everything was great. We enjoyed easy check in and out, the tub was great and we were pleasantly surprised with having a half body dry sauna in our room. It was a quick walk to the train station. "

"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"
