"The onsen was really nice especially if your planning to drive a bit or go hiking. It really helped relax me and my mom after a long day.
Sadly their outdoor bath was closed. The indoor bath was clean and had showers to wash before getting into the onsen, but I think a staff member should explain to people how to use an onsen properly. There are signs to explain what to do, but not everyone pays attention.
The hotel doesnt provide yukata, or slippers so bring a cover up, if you dont wanna buy some at their gift shop.
I hope in the future they will provide those for free and charge you if its not returned.
I have been to japan before and those are usually automatically given to you, or at least a robe.
Also there is no storage drawers, only a clothing rack in the rooms. I typically live out of a suit case which was fine for me, but for my mom it was a bit inconvenient for her. Room service cleaned our room but left the coffee station in our room empty with no cups or coffee/creamer and didnt clean it that well.
But reception quickly took care of us, and provided what we needed.
The restaurants there is really great. Food was delicious. Please dont change that.
Rooms were cozy, bed was comfy. Hotel is fairly new so I hope they keep growing and improving. I would stay here again but maybe after some time to grow more, and have that outdoor bath ready."
