"Room was very clean and toiletries are readily available. Clean towels are changed daily when requested.Despite the language barrier staff tried their best to help. Kudos to all your staff. "The stay was generally quite nice. One small issue we had was that there were many kids staying in the room next to us and they were making a lot of noise late at night around 10:30. Otherwise the hotel offers many nice services. The onsen have several options including open-air, laying baths, and a larger indoor bath. "It's a very interesting idea of converting an obsolete commercial building into a hostel and other facilities. I got a very spacious and comfortabe room for a price that you can only get a binker bed else where. "

"The staff was incredibly kind - greeted me with a smile and the check in process was smooth as was the check out! The room was nice and clean but there wasn’t any soap whatsoever in my room. I’m sure if I needed some I could have asked but I was only there for a night and then I left so it didn’t really matter. The bed was also pretty stiff so I had a little trouble falling asleep but if you like a hard mattress you’ll sleep just fine. The hotel is right in front of a river and walking distance...
