"Brilliant location to stay The staff were great and friendly The proximity of the hotel to the main strip with the Grand Bazaar on one side to the Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and the Basillica Cistern. The metro stop is very close to the hotel. I stayed in this hotel last year in 2025 and now again in 2026. If I return to Istanbul, I will be staying at this hotel again. It nice and clean, and a brilliant hotel to come back to after a busy day in Istanbul!"

"Return to the late Ottoman Empire and imagine yourself freshly arrived from the Orient Express. Pera Palas commands instant relaxation and repose from the bustling city. A short drive to the old city with fantastic views from the higher floors and surrounded by lovely side streets with cafés and restaurants tucked down alleyways. The public rooms and guest rooms are beautiful. The history and grandeur of the hotel is surpassed only by the incredibly warm and gracious staff who make you feel a part of their family despite the ornate surroundings."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
