"Room was clean when we arrived but a lot of bull ants in there, we had to spray insect repellent everyday to keep them out. Manager kept asking about payment for 2 rooms that were booked December 25 and fully paid for, there were 4 of us and I had booked rooms above the pool, we were the only people there but we were given different rooms because the staff had the pool view room. We only had breakfast and it was cooked fresh, which was good. There were no soft drinks available only beer, it...

Kynrock Hotels & Resorts

10/10 Excellent
"My dad and I spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the check-in to check-out. Property was very well maintained and conveniently located near Kiri vehera and Wadasity kanda. We had Sri Lankan style breakfast and it was delicious and came in generously large portions. Hotel arranged our Yala safari tour and were willing to pack our breakfast for the early morning trip. I highly recommend Kynrock hotel."
