Luxurious independent and very intimate villa, located in a quiet and secure area of Playa Blanca. Close to the ocean and with a beautiful view on the red volcano of Playa Blanca.
It is fully equipped and south facing.
Villa Gecko is protected from the wind and prying eyes by its high volcanic stone walls.
We called our villa "Gecko" because geckos are living near the Strelizia flowers in the garden.
It has a large jacuzzi for 6 people and a salted swimming pool, facing south and heated to 29 °c with an outdoor shower.
The south terrace is large and has a covered area equipped with a round table and four armchairs as well as side blinds in case of rain.
The barbecue is splendid and invites you to admire the volcano.
The terrace is equipped with a teak garden furniture and deckchairs.
The garden is nice and offers you a real change of scenery with its varied exotic plants.
The architecture respects the style of the old houses of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
The floors of the villa are made of marble and the beds are upscale.
It has colonial exterior shutters and sliding mosquito nets. But we have never see any mosquitos anyway.
The villa benefits from large colonial dressings and quality furniture. The decoration is neat and inspired by Africa.
Note that our independent satellite internet is as fast descending as ascending.
