"Good place to stay … very clean environment …
Delicious breakfast as well …. As a coffee lover the coffee could be better but .. is not a big deal though I will stay again and highly recommended "
"Great hotel! Perfect location was across the street from a huge Don Quijote (open 24 hr) and was only a short walk to different train stations. Uniqlo was right below on the lower floors.
The room, hallways, and elevators were clean. Amenities were provided free for all. You could make your choice of daily room cleaning.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything. One staff took the time to explain all my options for getting to the airport. I was going to take a taxi, but she explained that there’s a local train that goes straight to the airport for about $20. She saved me $180!
There’s a delicious ice cream shop around the corner. I tried all the flavors and the mango was my absolute favorite!"
"Good spacious rooms compared to other accommodations we have experienced in Japan. Nice grounds around the Hotel. Very good stay. Very comfortable quiet(for an airport Hotel)... would stay again."
"The room was lovely, although I could have used a closet. They did leave six hangers in the wall.)
The tub and bidet more than made up for this, however! It’s close to the subway/train, but the train noise was surprisingly not an issue for me, a very light sleeper. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet. Great happy hour at the bar for hotel guests 5:30-7, and two restaurants, of which I tried only the Japanese one and was happy. Very close to a few parks and tons of restaurants and convenience stores. It’s also fairly central and close to the Imperial Palace. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Tokyo!"
"Great spot for visiting the Disney resorts. Shuttles run frequently and are right outside the door. The room was great with a great shower. Luggage storage was very convenient. There is a Lawsons convenience store in the hotel with everything you might need. We didn't go to the cafes but they looked very nice. "
