"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff welcoming me very friendly. The room had a large luggage storage area and a small locker inside the bunk. The room I was in was in was on the top floor with no elevator so it was a little awkward arriving and leaving. Bunks were brand new built from wood and were a little noisy as they acted like a boom box for any neighbouring noise. Showers and toilets were perfectly clean and weren’t an issue for noise when sleeping"

"This got to be the cleanest capsule I have stayed. Everything is new, clean and tidy. The area is away from Tokyo hot spots, so the area is quiet and comfortable. "

"Such a great place to stay at! The room was nice and clean with plenty of space for my luggage. I really liked how the spaces were decorated too. The amount of umbrellas available for use was pretty nice too. Everyone that worked there was very nice, patient, and friendly to talk with. I hope their cafe is successful for them! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Asakusa!"

"This is the nicest one star hotel I’ve ever been in. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were not as nice. Great area but a little far from a train station. Very comfortable beds. And well priced "

"I’ve been staying here for couple of years now, over a dozen times and it’s always been the best place to stay. Hotel is always clean, staff is always polite and courteous. I recommend this hotel to everyone."
"Had a Great Stay at the Oriental Tokyo Hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The amenities was amazing. Thank you Oriental Tokyo Hotel."
"Our room was small but quite sufficient as we were out most of the time. The bathroom was small but served it's purpose well. Our room, though on the 9th floor, was on the railway side so you could hear the trains. An easy solution, sleeping was earplugs. The a/c was perfect and allowed for a cool room for sleeping. This property was convenient and getting the train was a short walk to Shiodome Station. Hamankyu Garden is worth a stroll and very close by, entry is ¥300. The staff were all helpful and happy to assist. "
"The room I was in had real strong smoking smell although it said Not Smoking Room!!!
I was going to request for a different room, but I was too tired to do so. If it’s a not-smoking room, it should be not smelling smoking at all. The room I was in had very strong smoking smell that almost choking me."
"Buena ubicación, tiene shuttle bus desde/al aeropuerto qué es un autobús grande y visiblemente marcado. Personal eficiente, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Hay un Lawson cerca de la cafetería, muy conveniente. Amenidades standard. No había cafe en la habitación, solo bolsas de té. Hay maquina de refill de agua y hielos en pisos de habitaciones. Recomendable."
