"A very large room which was clean and had all necessary amenities. Located inside Itchan Kala so within walking distance to everything. Polite staff and the breakfast is provided directly to the table as a buffet."

"Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so."

"A great place to stay in khiva! We really enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable, cozy and clean! My only note is the water pressure to shower wasn’t great but does that really even matter?"

"The location of the property was excellent. We could basically walk across the street and there was the whole historic center so it made it very easy for us to go there a few times during the day and at night. There were several restaurants around we asked the front desk. He was so helpful and he gave us an address to a perfect restaurant. It was beautiful. The food was great and the staff there were super professional. There was live music. We asked for a late check out they gave it to us, and when we arrived, they helped us with the luggage upstairs and downstairs again. There is no elevator. The breakfast was served at the rooftop for the cute area. And had a view of ichan khala The room was very clean."

"Great hotel - the location was superb, very close to the old city. It is a new building, so it was a bit difficult for the taxi driver to find, but we got there in the end. It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The terrace has a lovely view, and we had an equally lovely view from our hotel room. I really enjoyed this stay and would definitely recommend."
