"The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating."

"I found out that the free washer and dryer usage was very helpful. All the employees there were very friendly. They even provided unlimited bottle water when I needed. Location was very convenient too. The room was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and the ladies who were helping there were very nice and trying very hard to meet our needs. Over all, it was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel."
