"Clean room"

"Staff was very rude during check-in and rushed through the entire process refusing to elaborate on answering our questions. Upon entering the room, the non-smoking room smelled smokes and very humid. The floor was not maintained well with old carpets. After a few minutes, we realized the air conditioning was not working. When we asked to move to a different room, the staff said the air-conditioning issue affected the entire hotel building and only offered to send a fan to our room. We sweated...

"Excellent, clean, no window though. Paid airport shuttle, same price as uber!"

"Small rooms with thin walls, but really didn't bother me for the price. I got stranded in Taoyuan because my flight was canceled due to a typhoon and I needed a place to stay for a few days. I got a single room with private bathroom, but honestly didn't hear the typhoon st all. Stocked up on food for a few days and there were a few shared fridges, microwaves, and hot water dispensers. For the price, I can't complain much!"

"A great place to stay, very convenient if you are looking for a place close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was good enough but not great compared to other Taiwan hotels of this caliber. But otherwise an excellent experience."
