We had a very short stay. Came into Grand Rapids to have surgery in the morning at the hospital across the street. We were very well cared for by staff. Also, very pleased with competitive pricing.

Everyone at the property was very friendly. They seemed to be in the middle of a refresh so things were a bit out of sorts. The hot tub wasn't working properly & there was signs of construction on most floors. Thankfully the property was quiet at night.

This home was cozy and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space was a wonderful gathering space for our friends. The owner was easy to get in contact with and they were extremely accommodating.

I saw 2 people SELLING drugs in the hotel, people exchanging money after entering hotel rooms for 20 minutes then leaving.. The staff, besides Joe Huebner were respectful to me the entire stay. The ONLY issue besides general safety concerns? Joe.

We went to tangor outlets. Very nice.
Alright town but you could tell it was on the lower class side of Grand Rapids
There is a Trader Joe's nearby.
We loved the Tanger Outlet Mall
