"It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

"I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including...
