"Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. "WORST hotel stay in years of travel. First off at check in MHarpe checked us in. I informed him I had an ESA with me and happy to show her paperwork. Not a problem. He said. The lobby..was Lovley. That is where my nice compliments stop. Not long after our arrival we needed to eat while my ESA rested after a 9 hr drive from NY. So we went to quickly eat. 1 hr roughly. Upon returning from dinner, MHarpe berated me IN THE LOBBY. Trying to tell ME my ESA wasn’t allowed as it’s not a pet hotel. I...

"The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean."

"The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee."
