No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"Too many big dogs and owners don’t pick up thier droppings, people sitting on stairs in your way not moving over, every night I’ve stayed there’s people being a bit to loud or overly loud late at night playing music banging on walls smalling doors being loud outside your door arguing. The hotel is good minus the lobby microwave I prefer one in my room."

"Check in took over 20 minutes and I was the only one there. THEN when I got to the room I realized why. Door wouldn't lock, toilet wouldn't flush. It was pretty bad. Don't stay here."
