"Booked three rooms for a family stay with differing experiences, overall a good stay. Our room was good, one other room had a broken window which could not be secured shut resulting in intrusive road noise and the other the en-suite needed a bit of maintenance attention. Be aware all rooms are accessed stairs so those with mobility issues will struggle. Check in and breakfast were very good. Food quality was excellent apart from the overcooked fried eggs. "

"Breakfast included turned out to be Bread/Cereals no cooked breakfast unless you paid £10. Excellent location, parking in street. Tiny room with hardly any space but It was fairly quiet. Disappointing really. Stains on the carpet and you could not adjust the shower. Curtains were thin and not black out curtains. "
