Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Mängel

Der Aufenthalt erfüllte seinen Zweck, aber auch nicht mehr. Es müssten noch einige Nachbesserungen vorgenomnen werden. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht ausschalten und hat volle Heizleistung bei Aussentemperaturen um die 22 Grad abgegeben. Eine Sauna im Sommer halt. Daher auch massive Wärme in den oberen Etagen, wo die Schläfräume sind. Die Räume waren nicht herunterzukühlen Der Toilettendeckel war nicht befestigt und schlapperte hin und her. Die Toilettenspülung hing manchmal und das Wasser lief unkontrolliert weiter. Die defekten Birnen müßte mal getauscht werden und ein paar Topflappen wären zum Kochen hilfreich gewesen. Das Auto durften wir auf einem ca. 150m entfernten Sammelparkplatz abstellen. Wenn man gehbehindert ist stellt das schon ein Problem da. Dass der Deich gut 1 km weit weg ist, konnte man anhand der Karte schon erahnen. Ich hab schon bessere Unterkünfte bei Cuxland Park gemietet.

Tolles, modernes Haus in schöner Lage. Agentur eher sehr mittelmäßig

Tolles, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und modernes Haus. Perfekt für eine Familie. Inhaber ebenfalls angetroffen, sehr nette Leute. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war aber leider gar nicht gut. Unvollständige Informationen über das Haus, viele Dinge nur auf Nachfrage und Check-In bestand aus einer Schlüsselübergabe ohne irgendwelche Infos. Wenn man dort angerufen hat, hatte man tendenziell das Gefühl, dass man gerade stört. Die Inhaber dieses schönen Hauses können aber nichts für die Agentur, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
