"One of the best hotel experience I’ve had. Alfonso, the GM, has put together a staff that is exceptional. The genuine care and attentiveness of the staff is on display without it being overly stuffy.
The room is what you can expect at a Ritz property: spacious, intentional, immaculate and restful.
Food at the breakfast was great, with a wide variety of both Chinese and international dishes. I particularly liked the eggs Benedict.
The Club Lounge truly felt like a premium lounge, somewhere where I could relax, grab some quick bites and enjoy the beautiful decor.
All in all, I would travel just to Suzhou for this experience again. I would book the Club Panoramic Studio Room again and would love to stay longer.
