Big disappointment, please stay elsewhere

- Room was dated and not 100% clean. - Room service was disappointing. - The property is located in the middle of nowhere with a construction site next to it. - No warm welcome at check-on. - Concierge don't have solid info about the East Lake ('just tell the driver you want to go to East Lake, they all know where it is.'). - Ladies who work at the lounge are the only thing that was nice about my stay, but it's not good enough. Food at lounge was lukewarm, unrecognisable with heavy sauce, and lack of vegetarian option. I am a loyal customer of Renaissance but this one really let me down.

一切都好但睡得不舒服

枕頭太軟, 冷氣不能自調, 盖上被子太熱, 不盖又涼, 睡得很不舒服. 其他一切都很好, 旺中帶靜, 位置也不錯, 找出租車很方便, 步行5分鐘到地鐵站. 旁邊有超市有按摩店.

Good location

Nice B’fast, nice room crevice， good location. Porter asked for tip, it’s not common in China. Room is quite dry and hot, you can’t adjust the air conditioner or open the window.
