While the room itself was otherwise good, the restroom was not well maintained—there was no soap provided for the shower. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing due to the lack of assistance and rude behavior."
