"The property is very convenient to the beach, maybe 100 yards and no roads to cross. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There's covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. There is a nice deck. It was perfect...

"Inside was clean, patio was filthy. They did send someone out to clean so that was good. Description said dishwasher but no dishwasher. Property manager was very accommodating. We could hear a lot of banging from the upstairs tenants. Being right next to a large restaurant we could hear trucks in the morning and loud party peeps all day. But, for the price and right on the beach, it was a great value."

"This bungalow was perfect for us! We loved having different places in the backyard to relax- the lounge chairs, the table under the deck, the hammock, the fire pit, and the picnic table were great. The closeness to the beach was amazing. The bungalow was cute and cozy. Highly recommend!"
