Come explore, play, and see what adventures await at "Hooks Cottage". This pet friendly 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom single family home has breath taking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Beautifully remodeled with a private in-home elevator, dock complete with a gazebo, boat slip, fenced in yard, and spectacular views – this home has it all! Located one block away from the Johnnie Mercers Pier and the heart of Wrightsville Beach, the central location of Hooks Cottage is sure to become your family’s new favorite!

The first level living area features a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. There is a large pantry for storage and two sliding doors lead to the screened deck so that you can enjoy outdoor dining with sunset views. Just down the hall you will find the washer and dryer in the closet. To the right you will find the Primary bedroom which is furnished with a Queen bed and includes a private bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a soaker tub, walk in shower, and dual sinks. Across the hall there is a guest bedroom that offers a cozy Queen bed and has a private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and hours of people watching on the street side deck that overlooks the famous Loop! Kick back with your favorite beverage and soak it in.

The top floor of this wonderful home features an open family room and sound front deck. Gather in the evenings and snuggle up on the sofa or watch the sun fade away on the deck. The top living level of “Hooks Cottage” has three queen bedrooms, and each bedroom has access to a connecting bathroom. There is also another area with built-in bunk beds that the kids will love! Nestled behind pocket doors, the bunk room includes a series of ladders and thoughtful night lights that make a perfect setting for young family members to enjoy. There is a second washer/dryer and a beverage fridge off the upstairs living room for added convenience. Whether you are looking for a quiet evening indoors with your favorite movie or wanting to sip wine to the evening sunset, this area is perfect home for your family.

Relax in the fenced backyard with your four legged friend or get out on the water by launching a kayak or paddle board. Boaters will love the convenience of having their own dock and the ease of heading out to the Intracoastal Waterway from their backyard! Spend hot summer days in the shaded dock gazebo while the little ones play in the sandy beach that emerges as low tide. Explore the island by taking the walking loop just outside the front door. You will certainly create lasting memories here at "Hooks Cottage".

Occupancy: 16.
Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 5 Queen, 3 Bunk (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera) and upstairs exterior facing the dock and cove.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
