Just down the hall you will find the washer and dryer in the closet. To the right you will find the Primary bedroom which is furnished with a Queen bed and includes a private bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a soaker tub, walk in shower, and dual sinks. Across the hall there is a guest bedroom that offers a cozy Queen bed and has a private bathroom. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and hours of people watching on the street side deck that overlooks the famous Loop! Kick back with your favorite beverage and soak it in.
The top floor of this wonderful home features an open family room and sound front deck. Gather in the evenings and snuggle up on the sofa or watch the sun fade away on the deck. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 5 Queen, 3 Bunk (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera) and upstairs exterior facing the dock and cove.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
