There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. "

The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "The thing that appezled to us the modt, was its proximity to the Brighton Arena. Just 4 or 5 minutes walk and we were back.in the hotel. Room was good, clean and had all that we needed. Breakfast was superb and all staff were helpful and attentive. We will be back."

"Room 107, extremely clean, shower was small but excellent pressure. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Loud music from below bar but at 11pm it was quiet. Heard upstairs guests last morning stomping around and slamming doors at 5:30am other than that quiet. Clean towels daily and bed made if you want it. No noise from the trains directly opposite the road. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you and a shout out to Shay !! Awesome customer service!"
