As a whole this hotel is ‘okay’. Shabby in some places and the spa is a disappointment with parts not working! Restaurant food lovely but no atmosphere.

Booking in was made difficult by the staff members poor communication skills. We contacted the hotel a few weeks prior to our stay date to inform them we would be checking in around 7pm.
