"The loo pedestal wasn't fixed so it wobbled when I sat on it, the towel rail came off when I hung a towel on it, and the TV didn't work. I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control. Although saucepans and dinner plates were provided there were no bowls or small plates. Finally there was no washing up bowl and/or sink plug. It also...

"Nice apartment but stank of smoke, wasnt super clean, and whilst the agency were very responsive, when i arrived, the front door didnt lock and the locksmith had to take it off its hinges to fix it"

"We couldn't make it but our friends stayed and said the accommodation was very clean and well positioned for the town. There only criticism was parking they paid and parked on the nearby supermarket. "
