"We stayed for a World Cup match at Boston Stadium. Staff was excellent. The bar was enjoyable and the bartender (Nike) was excellent, amicable, and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Experience was was more than satisfactory. Recommend staying here for events in Foxborough and surrounding areas."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Sink drained slow. View of Boston from high floor was spectacular. Lobby breakfast was OK; a little pricey for what it is. Good coffee. Second day went to nearby cafe for much better food and less money. Easy in and out parking garage at $20.00/day. Not bad. Restaurant on premises was not affiliated with the hotel, and despitae signage to the contrary, was closed. Front desk staff did not understand why. Ended up going to a decent pub across the street. Would definitely stay here again as it is close to family."

"I had booked a twin room, but the front desk staff assigned me a room with a large double bed instead. When I went back to point out the mistake, I was told—to my surprise—that there were no twin rooms left; however, after I insisted, they did eventually switch me to a twin room. I consider this an act of irresponsibility and discrimination against me! There was an issue with the room's cleanliness; after showering, I unwrapped my bath towel and a large clump of hair fell out—it was disgusting."

"The Neptune is right downtown in Providence, so would be useful for business travel etc. Saturday night is very noisy below on the street with Irish bars nearby (maybe not so loud in the back.) The decor is wonderfully quirky and lobby full of art books. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there."
