The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. "Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast needs a little bit of upgrading. Scrambled eggs are sitting to long and then becomes very dry. Should always be ready to remove if eggs are no longer fit to eat. Dinner was good. I think more needed to add to menu. "

"Nice hotel and location just of A12 so easy for onward travel. Nice rooms clean and comfortable and a reasonable selection of evening food. The Breakfast is good too. I’ll certainly be staying there again next time around and would definitely recommend."

"The building is falling apart!! The windows are Single glazed so it was so noisy and the actual window frames were rotten so there were massive gaps in the window. I tried pugging the hoes with tissue but it did little good! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was average at best. The bed itself was comfortable and clean "
