"Ate breakfast out"

"I managed to get the last parking space available fortunately. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The older part is pleasant enough but the new rooms more recently built in a separate building are excellent. The food at The Burton is good. No complaints whatsoever. The thing that stood out though was the staff. They were all so helpful and welcoming. From the young lady who had just started at the hotel to the manager Jana, they were all exceptional."

"Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!"

"We stayed ad this wonderful B&B on the 21st march. The host covoured absolutly everything down to parking ect , which made check in/out a breeze. We were pretty shattered after a day at west midlands safari park, so a dive in to the beautifully made beds with the most amazing pillows! i must add was much needed. The view from the room was a big plus for us as the steam railway bridge was literaly a stone throw infront, we saw some gorgeous steam trains running their usual trips , my son was delighted! Unfortunately we had to rush home the following day so missed breakfast. Although it smelt gorgeous. The cafe area had plenty of sweet treats on offer 😋,the menu had plenty of choice to get you set off and ready for the day ahead. There are a few pubs local just a brisk walk if you fancy a wind down beer or cheecky glass of wine 🍷. If you are heading to west midlands this b&b is a little treat for you with added views of the steam trains( the station is literaly round the corner) if you fancied a ride! Also it has secure parking. Thank you for having us! "

"Comfortable, spacious room. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. For a premium room, I would expect more luxury with furniture and decor. Cooked breakfast was very nice , but no cereals, yogurt or fruit and extra toast chargeable!"
