"Needs more house cleaning staff"

"The property was nice upon entrance, but once I saw the room it seemed a little "dated". The carpet needed cleaning. The bathtub had a dead spider in it. I tolerated for the one night, but I probably would not stay there again."

"The hotel is not very clean. We didn’t get room cleaned or clean towels while we were there for two nights. Trash wasn’t emptied at all. The breakfast was pretty standard but we didn’t care for hard fried eggs and overcooked sausage. Restaurants and lounge not open yet. Bed linen didn’t appear clean on arrival."

"Overall I'd stay again for the value of cost to small things we didn't love. Staff was nice and it smelled nice in lobby like someone had been cleaning. Our only real issue was that the floor in the room was sticky, like the cleaner didn't change their mop water or it hadn't been cleaned well after a sticky spill. We wetted a cloth and cleaned it a bit ourselves just to be able to walk to the bathroom to shower, and you could see how very dirty the floor was. The elevators also had some sketchy...

"We came for our son’s Army boot camp graduation and stayed for 3 days, the pool was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean NO BUGS and the beds are comfy and the air conditioning was amazing. The breakfast was fresh eggs and sausage waffles all the basics fresh fruits and great coffee. The only problem we had was the chocolate milk was soured and chunky but no big deal. Things happen. Listen up people, this is the place to stay for your loved ones Army Graduation! A +++...
