"I am a repeat guest...I have visited family in the Porter area...as I have aged I requested a full handicap room...it was clean, comfortable and quiet...the breakfast hit the spot"

"Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful! That being said, the hotel(unbeknownst to us until arrival) was having renovations done in various areas. We were told no hot breakfast for a few days. A perk that was listed on the Expedia app. The Hot Tub was out of order. The A/C unit was leaking so bad in the first room that we had to change rooms. Then the room they put my daughter in had a leaking A/C unit as well. She didn't bother moving and just put the ice bucket to catch the water....

"Both rooms had a very bad smell. The website said breakfast was included but we clearly had to pay for this as well. The pool was drained, wish they would've told us this beforehand. The a/c in the room did not work properly making the smell in the room all that much worse. Will never stay or recommend this hotel. For the price, not worth it at all."
