"Clean house and easy to communicate "

"Two Families. 12 adults. Weekend stay for Pittsburgh Steelers game. We fit comfortably in the house. Plenty of room. Host was very receptive and responded to all my texts in less than 24 hours. He was also very accommodating. He made sure we had enough chairs for us to all fit around the table for dinner and card games as per our request. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to local pub/restaurants as well as to the game. Less than 30 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium. "

"This was a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. The streets are narrow but that is pretty much everywhere and the other drives are courteous to give way. I didn’t give much thought to the stairs pictured in the listing until we got there. We left our large suitcases downstairs. "Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "
