"Terrible"

"This is no longer a hotel!!! They converted it into a shelter but still allow people to make reservations??? An absolute nightmare having an exhausted baby, a front desk worker who was not helpful in offering solutions to the fact that suddenly we had nowhere to stay with no warning. Absolutely unacceptable."

"I am a solo female traveler. I did not stay the whole time. My room was dirty, hair and food crumbs on the floor as soon as I walked in the door, dirt and food crumbs inside the bedside table drawers. The sheets had holes and yellow stains. A bug that looked like a bed bug was on the ceiling. The bathroom door had mystery white cream/paste? on it, the bathroom furniture looked like a pitbull chewed it up. I did not tell the front desk becuase I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did not feel...

"The room did not meet my expectations and the price I pay. The blanket and bed sheets felt very itchy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my stay. I requested the cleaning staff to replace the blanket/sheets otherwise the room was not cleaned unless I asked . The bathroom was old and run down and need a major of maintenance. Overall, the condition of the room and what I pay did not meet for the high rating. This was overpriced and disappointed."
