"We enjoyed being able to use the pool, kids playing on the field and all the other facilities like the games room. Staff were very helpful when we needed them. Location great for visiting some of the sights of Norfolk."

"Our twelfth stay in coot (first in 2012) excellent cottage, very comfortable for the two of us. The location of Cranmer is perfect for cycling (complete with a secure bike store).whilst the country lanes and by-roads offer almost traffic free routes. Wildlife is always around and the in house activity room and swimming pool are available should the weather be poor. Already booked twice fior 2026"

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

Beautiful outlook - would love to come back for longer in the summer months to make the most of it. The children loved the games room and the swimming pool, and the private swimming hour was perfect. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future."
