"Location was great, walkable to downtown. Room was ok, nothing special. River view but no access to a balcony which was disappointing. All of the staff we dealt with were great. The bar and drink selection was good. Food was a huge disappointment. We tried a pizza at night, it was terrible. Tastes like tomato paste instead of pizza sauce. Breakfast was worse. Pancakes had a sour taste, they were remade and still had the sour taste. My husband ended up sick all day from them. The eggs Benedict would have been better if both eggs had been poached. One was perfect and the other was over cooked and looked like it was made in a microwave. The hashbrowns as well as the biscuit and gravy were cold. Would never splurge for this place again. The room was expensive and the whole stay definitely was a disappointment."
