"Very cool and modern eco hotel. Very clean and front desk was very helpful. Area where hotel was located was a little odd. It was a mix of hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. The hotel was located near the back and the area was very dark at night when coming back from sightseeing or dinner."

"Loved the friendly consultant checkin/ checking outs, room architecture as described in pictures. However there were stains on the wall and curtains which could have been wiped and cleaned. Also kettle had limescale had to request for replacement and they replaced with a better one. We enjoyed our stay"

"Clean quiet hotel in the centre of Zürich. The check in was quite easy. Took time to read the instructions but once you follow the steps its easy. The room was quiet, windows block outside noise. Couldn’t figure out the AC but otherwise it was perfect for the price i paid. And location is very central, close to the Station"

"A really friendly hotel which was perfect for families with young children. The reception staff were always helpful. I was always able to get warm milk for my toddler who drinks from a bottle. Swimming pool was also perfect for the children. Breakfast variety wasn’t great but none the less everyone was fed."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
