Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London.
At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

The breakfast buffet provided was superior! The staff were world class and enormously helpful and considerate. The location was also very convenient as well. If this is your standard, you have found two new customers for all future visits to London.

"Really nice hotel, check in was awesome, one of my pet hates is checking in to a hotel and it is as if you hadn't pre-booked and you are stood there for five minutes watching the receptionist tapping away at their keyboard and printing papers for you to sign and eventually printing your key card, ..."
