First class service all around… room was excellent… restaurant had superb dining choices, breakfast was great. Staff very polite and friendly.

HVN 10 was amazing and quite the hidden gem. Pierre and his staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Overall, it's a beautiful and peaceful property. We look forward to returning.

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN.THERE WERE 2 PROBLEMS. THERE WAS ALMOST NO SOAP LEFT IN THE BOTTLE AND WE COULD NOT GET IT OUT OF IT. WHEN THE OWNER CAME HE SAID THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAVE AND AFTER ME TRYING TO DEMONSTRATE THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY OUT OF THE BOTTLE UNWILLINGLY CHANGED THE BOTTLE. It was fun to jump into the swimming pool in the morning 😁

Very good property with a crew always ready to help. Great breakfast with a lot of different options. Easy and fast commute to the center of Antwerp.

Wonderful cozy hotel in center of town

Great place to stay. Most friendly service I have encountered for years. Hotel isn't new, but in great condition and clean. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Food in the restaurant is excellent, although the time you need to wiat for the meal might be to long for many people.

This property is located in the perfect location for tourists , close to old town, bus station and train station. Breakfast has very good variety and staff are very friendly. We enjoyed stay there .

A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one. The front desk receptionists and the bar and restaurant staff were incredible! Some of the best service I have received from a hotel staff. Construction...
