"This hotel had everything we needed. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes walk to the square. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful with excellent English. I cannot recommend this highly enough. There are inexpensive bars and restaurants located just outside on the same street that we frequented. The staff organised our transportation to and from the airport. They also organised a tour of Auschwitz but I...

"Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "
