The ski resort can be appreciated through the large windows and from the rooftop deck, while the vaulted ceilings contribute to the spaciousness of the area. Unwind on the plush sofas, watch television, or snuggle up by the gas fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are conveniently situated nearby, enabling the cook to interact with the group. The kitchen features granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. A small powder room is easily accessible from this area. During the summer, guests can enjoy meals on the private deck equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and relax in the private hot tub while stargazing.
Experience ultimate relaxation in our opulent master suite, which includes a spacious king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom sanctuary. Unwind in the custom-tiled shower or indulge in the oversized tub with dual sinks for added comfort. The second bedroom offers cozy accommodations with a twin bunk bed.
The second floor also comprises two additional bedrooms, one of which serves as a versatile space with a twin bunk bed and an extra twin bed, both adorned with luxurious bedding. This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom to ensure comfort and convenience for guests. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed, ideal for hosting extra guests or children. Each bedroom is meticulously designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all visitors.
The upper level of the residence offers a cozy sitting area for relaxation and easy access to the rooftop terrace, which is furnished with outdoor seating for dining, snacking, and serves as a perfect spot for unwinding in the hot tub after a day of outdoor activities.
The lower level of the townhome includes a spacious mudroom area connected to the garage, providing parking space for one vehicle. Regrettably, there is no air conditioning available in this area.
The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets onto the property. Guests will face a fine of 200 per day for violating these rules

Family Easter get-together

We were all very comfortable. Plenty of room to visit, play games and eat. Hot tub and bright stars are always a big plus. Love the heated pads leading to the hot tub. Had everything we needed .

Nice condo in central location with easy mountain access

This condo was clean and well-appointed, and modern, if not brand new. The rooftop hot tub with expansive views was a special treat (wintertime ski visit). Bedding was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms and bed setup would be perfect for two families with two kids each. Furnishings were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our group. Bus to Winter Park is a short walk through the complex, as are several restaurants - once we stocked up on groceries it was not necessary to drive anywhere. Even though the unit is in the middle of the action, it is not on Highway 40 so it's much quieter than other units in this complex. Two caveats: 1) the condo is split over four levels if you include the garage on the ground level and spa/deck on the top so there are three flights of stairs involved, and 2) if you have a large vehicle, getting inthe garage is a very tight fit due to the sharp 90 degree turn to get into it with the way the drive aisle is plowed in the winter (overnight parking on the fronting street is not permitted November-April). Nevertheless, definitely recommend this unit!

Beautiful view out of living room

This condo was in a great location for restaurants, it was very clean and well stocked, except could use more towels & wash cloths. It would have been nice to have TV's in all bedrooms. The construction around it was a big negative and you are not told there is construction around the back & side! Did get tired of seeing porta potties & heavy equipment. The garage is extremely hard to get in & out of, with all the snow! And the only way to get into the condo is through the garage, So when we walked to dinner, we would always have to walk to the back of the condo (which is not convenient) to open the door. Sadly the doors have keypads on them but the owner will not give out the passcode!!!! All in all it was a good trip.

Absolutely loved this property!

This condo was immaculate, new and fabulously decorated. Located within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The condo was so well stocked with spices, pans and cooking accessories. Will definitely rent again next time we come to winter park!
