Cozy tri-level townhome close to downtown and good rental for couples

This three level town home located in Winter Park is just delightful! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Main Street make this vacation rental ideal for couples or singles looking for comfortable and affordable lodging.
The main level has an open floor plan includes the living room with wood paneled vaulted ceilings, fireplace, tiled floor in the dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has new counter tops and offers plenty of space for cooking. Access to the private deck is from the dining area and offers a beautiful wooded view.
The upstairs loft has the master bedroom with queen bed, large vanity area and shower. This bedroom overlooks the main living room.
The lower level of the town home has the second bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. Guest can enjoy the washer and dryer on this level. The third bedroom is a large size with queen bed and full bathroom.
The Timber Ridge complex is close to Wolf Park for great outdoor activities year-round - play in the snow and enjoy basketball hoop, picnic area and children's playground area.
Additional unit amenities include free Wi-Fi access, flat screen TV, stack washer/dryer, small private deck, views of Winter Park Resort and outdoor parking. No air conditioning.

Good Stay, but maybe a little misleading

Over all the property was pretty much what we expected. It was clean and it was nice that there was a bathroom in each room. My only 2 complaints are that there were beer/soda cans on the back porch and the sleeper sofa was unusable. I would say this place sleep 6 perfectly! If they replace the sleeper it would be a great place for 8.

Great unit and perfect getaway

The unit was a great size, clean and the management attended to the one minor issue we had with the intranet quickly and professionally. Only issue we had were some of the bedding comforters needed a deep clean!
