"The most disappointing stay I have ever had. Arrived after 4 hour drive to be told the indoor heated poor was down this week for maintenance…no email, nothing on website. When i explained that was why we came as we had visited and loved it 10 years ago, was advised if I wanted I could use the local swimming pool.
I couldn’t then book into hot springs instead as advised by the desk because it was adults only in the evening.
Tried to make the kids happy with the indoor pool, it was freezing!"
