"Perfect central location to visit Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, the seaside and Bath. The accommodation was extremely well maintained and presented. A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. "Unfortunately, this was an extremely poor check-in experience. The two staff members we dealt with were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not take the time to properly listen to either myself or my colleague. The interaction became uncomfortable, as their tone and approach came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism."
