"It Needs A Lot of TLC to bring it back to its Glory Days. Outside the building looks Run Down, Dirty, Dirty Windows, Blinds. Lobby was ok, Front Desk Staff Nice, Didn’t Smell Bad, Our Room, Ok, Need More Staff to Clean The Hotel, Mirror in Room, Broken, Microwave Very Dirty, Not Clean, The Carpet had areas where there was still food and Trash, The room phone was beyond Dirty, Never been cleaned. Very Out dated. Room needed to be dusted. Breakfast was A Joke, Need To Clean or Replace Dirty...

"It is like going back in time!! The Hotel is a very interesting Landmark!! It is very peaceful!! The Hotel and landscaping is beautiful!! It is off the beaten path however, it is still a perfect location, especially with the ferry ⛴️ service right there!! Everything thing is wonderful regarding what you would want in your accommodation, especially, the staff and their passion for making your stay at the Whitehaven Hotel a memorable one 🌹🌹"

"Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. "Hotel room and pool area was nice! Hotel was very family oriented. Not many night time activities, bar closed early. If you want nightlife this isn’t the hotel for you. Otherwise, property was a bit outdated needed more maintenance and to be cleaned up around the pool/slide area."
