"The team at the front desk were extremely helpful, particularly Thalia, who make sure that both the rooms that we had were held until we arrived and we’re on the same floor just a few doors down from each other. This was particularly helpful as we were traveling with children. The bellman Sherief was invaluable with ensuring not only that our luggage got to the car from our room, in a very busy lobby and elevator, but intervened in an uncomfortable moment with another guest. "We stayed one night before moving on and we were quite pleased with our room. The room was clean and we had zero issues. We overlooked the pool and I was worried about the noise. However, even with kids playing in the pool, we didn’t hear a thing and slept through the night and I’m a light sleeper. Great bargain for the price and the pool was refreshing. Will absolutely recommend and I’d bring my family here again."
