The Drey - Kensington, Earl's Court
Fantastic area! Our first time at The Drey and it won't be our last! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the app to access the outer doors and our room. We requested housekeeping just one day of our stay, but it was excellent.

Hospitality was very good but we were disappointed to find that a service charge was added to all purchases at the bar that we were not told about. We only realised this when reviewing the receipt.
