"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The location in Windsor is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The other times I’ve stayed there, I was in the newer annex building. Those rooms are modern and quiet. This time I stayed in the older main building. The view was lovely, but the room had some quirky things about it. Firstly, the floor boards creaked a lot. When my neighbours walked around, I could hear their floor boards too. They seemed to be awake a lot during the night, waking me up. I could also hear them talking. The room didn’t have a small refrigerator, which I missed. I tried sleeping with the windows open but the noise from outside was disruptive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional but a small stand would have been a good addition to put toiletries on. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again, but not in the main building."

"I have a few times in some of their pubs and this is the best of all 3. Staff are excellent l arrived late beyond meal but they went out of there to get me something hot. Also helped with cutting my food as l have a fracture, morning breakfast yummy loved everything about the place. Bedrooms are quite roomy compared. Hope he was the manager and K who got me some meal. K helped with my bags to my room. 2 young man who’d been to SA lovely chat. Friendly staff but still doing their job. Would 100% recommend. Ample parking. "

"Fantastic location right across from Windsor Castle, a great mall, tons of restaurants and an Ivy Restaurant on the corner! Staff is lovely but hotel is in need of TLC."

"Stunning property right on the Thames. A peaceful and warm residence, pet friendly, sauna, hot tub, with the added bonus of wildlife, including horses that graze opposite, to the ducks and geese swimming by. Not to forget the boats, that pass daily and receive a wave from residents.The bungalow itself was truly a home from home and a place I would definitely return to in a heartbeat, at least 3/4 times a year, for the sheer beauty of the surroundings and ability to shut out the noise and recharge.The host has been an absolute star, leaving complimentary drinks and cakes, not forgetting the chocolates too. I can't praise her enough. If you're reading this Sharon, Thank you just doesn't express my gratitude and that of my family, for allowing us to stay in your home. Not forgetting you too Andy. Thank you for your quirkiness and sense of humour, as portrayed in your book, we didn't stop laughing at your references to experiences you have encountered in your past, from growing up to meeting your amazing partner Sharon. I have even searched online to get my own copy.I was sad to leave, but have every intention of returning and in the not to distant future.I totally and utterly recommend this property stay, whether it's for a quiet getaway on your own, with family, or just friends wanting to catchup, this place is perfect. "This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "

"This hotel & the brilliant staff working there (Michael, Matthew, Hannah just to name a few!!!) made our stay in Windsor fantastic!!! Great location 👍 rooms are lovely (ours was a dog friendly room too!!!) classy décor & cosy beds; bathroom was excellent plus large walk-in shower!!! Car parking very secure 👍 We definitely recommend this hotel & we will certainly be visiting again ✅"
